You will be lucky enough to have friends or family who will be willing to help around but in the first year, you can’t afford more staff. And, even if you put people on the board, you will need to know how to do things before you teach them the basics.

   This is important because no matter how hard you work in your business, you may still be given little or no official information. You will do yourself a favor by investing in appropriate legal advice and getting all the licenses you need. However, legal advice is not cheap so you should expect to have adequate financial resources.


There will be many lumps along the Road


   Failure, no matter how big or small, is an inevitable part of doing any business, whether big or small. You can make a product as unsuccessful as you think, your marketing strategy may go back or even worse, you get waves of negative feedback.
   The first year will not be a failure but that does not reduce your chances of success. To keep your balance, business experts advise that before you retire, you should save some money. To be more precise, you need enough money for the whole year.


   You need enough savings because no matter how well you plan your first year of business, you cannot predict the future so there is always the risk that you may fail. There is nothing wrong with planning the worst when you plan the best.
